About Neeraj Yoga Rishikesh
Neeraj Yoga Rishikesh is a place of qualitative yoga practice, led by advanced teachers. Within ten years, head of the studio, Neeraj Multani, has acquired extensive knowledge in physical practice from which his students benefit significantly every day.
Through intensive self-practice, teaching multiple hours in Rishikesh, Vietnam, and international, his yoga studies at the Jairam Ashram Rishikesh in cooperation with the Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, he became a yoga master.
He teaches all levels, but is known for his challenging body opening classes that take his students miles forward. Students provide from the variety of yoga classes, from beginners to advanced practitioners. You will grow with him for sure.

Holistic practice focus the whole body. Includes joint movements, sun salutations and pranayama.
08:15–09:50AM ASHTANGA PRIMARY SERIES
LED class with variations according to the participating students. Recommended level: intermediate – advanced.
10:15–11:15AM BEGINNERS STRETCH CLASS
Reaches the depths of the whole body and opens the body gently and targetedly.
11:30–12:40PM POWER YOGA
Powerful sequence that focuses on strength and muscle building, as a basis for advanced asanas. Recommended level: intermediate – advanced.
04:15–05:50PM BODY OPENING
Neeraj's signature class, where he unlocks your full potential and lets you feel your limits. Improve flexibility for advanced asana. The focus is on an asana group and works towards one or more peak poses: Backbending, hip opening, splits, balance, or twisting. Recommended level: intermediate – advanced.
06:15–07:15PM HATHA FLOW
Dynamic flow focuses the whole body. Builds strength and flexibility. Every level very welcome.
